Assisted with the Business Plan and Equity Financing for this High Tech Company in Washington D.C for over $1 million dollars. Company developed proprietary technology that was sold to Microsoft.

Assisted CNY Media Company with innovative proposal of debt and equity
that resulted in the formation of a new media business here in CNY.

Arranged equity and debt financing, and a strategic marketing plan for a digital chip manufacturer that saw to the transition to the new owners and doubled the size of employees within a 3 year period.

Feasibility studies for 2 potential national web based companies

Worked with many businesses on business plans, marketing plans,and the development of marketing materials, including web sites and other digital communications.

Named Outstanding Entrepreneur Educator from Whitman School of Business Entrepreneurship Department

Paper on " Mobilizing and Creating a Knowledge Community" was accepted by USASBE, the United State Association of Schools of Business and Entrepreneurship. This national event is the largest event of its kind and attended by 4 year schools throughout the US.

From 1997-2007, taught the Consulting to Emerging Enterprise Course at Syracuse University Entrepreneurship Department. This entrepreneurship department was ranked as the best entrepreneurship school in the country by NASDAQ and US News and World Report.

For Non-Profits


In 2006, Played a key role in preparation for a grant that secured 1.3 Million Dollars to assist people with disabilities explore and pursue starting a business of their own.

Started a grass roots organization of knowledge workers and grew it to over 400 members. Still operating, it is one of our current projects.

Assisted in the formation of a new Non-Profit, Syracuse Alliance for  New Economy (SANE) and currently serve on the board of directors. provided research, writing, operational planning, including new concept in job description for Executive Director for better tracking and performance.

Redid an entire business sector's street scape including new road, sidewalks and lighting; redoing and management of an art gallery; the filling of empty store fronts; and the securing and marketing of small housing grants within the city of Syracuse. Of the 3 sectors involved, our sector achieved and distributed more grant financing more quickly than any of the other areas. This financing was 3.3 million dollars over a 3 year period.

Developed and distributed a community newsletter that was highly praised by both residents and business owners.

Reviewed a book for the United Nations on Alternative Financing for Europe and Asia
