Some Current Projects
1. Exploration of a method for Mobilizing the Creativity and Knowledge of a Community by setting up a “ neutral ” third space, in an effort to allow for the free exchange of ideas, and provide for maximizing impact for individuals, non-profits, and businesses.
The initial paper on this concept was accepted by USASBE, the United States Association of Small Business and Entrepreneurship.
2. Research, development and pursuit to make
Syracuse a Top 10 Digital City in the International
Digital Cities Contest within the next 2 years.
3. The publishing of a CNY Creators Newsletter that explores developing the creativity of individual creators, and currently lists interviews with 10 of the areas creators.
4. Exploration and development of the Courage To Be concept aimed at motivating inner city children age 10-17 and men and women of all ages to discover their own “uniqueness” and develop a path that will hopefully improve their future.
5. Further Development of a process and plan to assist Mature Knowledge Workers transition into new and better jobs. Development here also encompasses testing, training and new methods to help those 40 years old and older live fuller lives.
6. A search for a new neutral third space to establish a“skunk works” where creative people can come together to work on individual or group projects.
7. The development of recommendations to improve and or restore a fuller vibrancy to the political and economic development systems currently in use.
8. An initiative to help artists and entrepreneurs achieve the income goals they seek.
